clear red robe. A direct line of red fruit, red cherry, leads the nose, with redcurrant – it works well. The palate is more vegetal-herbal than implied by the nose, is sparked, the fruit clarity its main asset. It’s a drink at the zinc counter wine, very easy to drink, has a lightly chalky tone and aromatic leanings. 4,000 b this year, against 6,000 b usually. 2027 Nov 2022
