Fiore is the most elegant and finessed of the Montenidoli whites. It is entirely free run juice from the harvest, no press juice is included so the texture is more elegant in weight and finessed. Long aging on the lees in steel tanks rounds the wine's edges out and adds more texture. It is the purest, most unadulturated expression of Vernaccia di San Gimignano you can find.
