Les Bauves is a very significant vineyard for the family, with each generation contributing to plantings in 1962, 1986, and finally in 1998. As the siblings say: “Our memories are well kept. We had fun between the vines without knowing how the future was going to carry out. We had to grow together and get to know each other to give you the uniqueness of this wine.” Les Bauves is a lieu-dit parcel of 100% chardonnay from pure chalk, elegant, powerful and mineral, with notes of brioche, white butter, creamy chalk, hawthorn flower, sweet almond, and toasted hazelnut notes.
