2015 Metodo Classico Rosato

We rarely offer this one, we don't really have to as this wine FLIES out the door, as everyone we reach out are in the know on how good this is and they take their once a year re-order opportunity seriously to re-buy it. Our good friends that import it got a larger stash this time so we have the room to offer it out! If you have not had it, take a flier on one and see for yourself. If you know their still rosato also 100% nebbiolo you will know what we mean at how good and complex this is.

The Vallana's said they started making this to have a bubbly for Francis' youngest sister’s wedding. The experiment worked. Such beautiful evolution. Macerated strawberry. Tertiary notes inch forward. As time passes, the finish gets drier. The parabola is swinging upward, but where’s it going? I need a bottle per season, to trace its arc! (and so do you!)
