Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts and gentle extraction to preserve brightness and drinkability, followed by a short élevage in tank to maintain its juicy, upfront style.
The result is an easy yet characterful Loire red with aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, and red plum, lifted by subtle floral notes and a touch of spice. Light to medium-bodied, it shows soft tannins, lively acidity, and a smooth, fruit-driven finish with a hint of earthy depth.
