Vinum Wine Magazine (16): In mid-May of this year, tasted as a barrel sample, it was about to complete its 16-month maturation, part of it in oak barrels. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon appear fruity, expressive, and still very young. In the glass, still chubby, with tightly woven tannins, perfect freshness, a long and spicy finish, and juicy precision. Blackberries, blood orange, menthol, licorice, red pepper, and the wood remains discreet in the background. A promising food companion that can still be stored for a while.
